race to the middle

I will post tomorrow, and resume for reals on Tuesday. But in the meantime, formulate your judgments on 2010 and get ready to unleash!

One of the worst years of my life so far! (Also a lousy year for the US and the world)
But I learned a lot and, although I hate to give in to cliche, it didn’t kill me and I am stronger for it.
And I’m going to end 2010 with friends. So I’ve got that going for me…which is nice….

  2. Salem's Little Sister

Pros: bought our forever home, Ben in Oliver!, Girls on the Run, Hubby and I love our jobs, Ben loves school, found medicine to help my dizziness(however I hadn’t been dizzy in years), started yoga because I couldn’t run(pro and con)
Cons:Bff’s hubby lost job, Bff’s father in law and grandmother died, my hubby’s grandmother and great-grandmother died, grad school debt is killing us, Ben gets bone infection and throws up for the entire Thanksgiving weekend and then gets poison ivy, my 8 year in remission dizziness comes back, me and my dog get walking pneumonia, my stress fracture kept me from running for most of the year
So from what I see, this year has been a mixed bag. An awful lot of crappy things happened and some really great things happened. This was a roller-coaster year and I’d like a merry-go-round year for 2011 thank you very much.

I’m glad it’s almost over. 2010 has just been awful in so many ways and the sooner it’s over the better.
